"Breathwork" is a practice of intentional breathing designed to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

The Breathwork practice feels a lot like meditation. It increases your vibrational energy and enables you to get past the "ego-mind" to connect with the most authentic and powerful parts of your higher "self".

It is this connection that enables you to heal wounds and feel inspired to become the best version of yourself.

"If you want to heal, learn to breathe. If you want to feel inspired, breathe. If you want to connect with God, breathe. If you want to unlock the most powerful parts of you . . .breathe!!"

What to Expect . . . and Bring

Every session is tailored to those who are new to breathwork. We will be starting at 7:00pm at our office (plan on arriving around 6:50 and plan on 90 minutes for the entire experience). The session fee is $30 per person (venmo link)

Here's what to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes (lounging/yoga)

  • A yoga mat,

  • A pillow for your head,

  • Another pillow for under your legs

  • A blanket

  • A Journal (to write down your thoughts after)

  • A Bottle of Water

At the beginning of each session, we will explain the process before we get started. It’s truly an incredible experience. Please let me know if you have any questions or you’re not able to make it.
