"Breathwork" is a practice of intentional breathing designed to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
The Breathwork practice feels a lot like meditation. It activates the relaxation of the nervouse system and enables you to get past the "ego-mind" to connect with the most authentic and powerful parts of "self".
It is this connection that enables you to heal wounds, gain clarity,
and elevate the best version of you.
Every session is tailored to those who are new to breathwork. We will be starting at 7:00pm in the main auditorium at Kiln St George (plan on arriving around 6:50 and plan on 90 minutes for the entire experience). The session fee is $25 per person (venmo link)
Here's what to bring:
Comfortable clothes (lounging/yoga)
A yoga mat,
A pillow for your head,
Another pillow for under your legs
A blanket
A Journal (to write down your thoughts after)
A Bottle of Water
